We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Costs
Beaver Wheelchairs has a 7-Day Trial Period. If your wheelchair isn’t the right fit, you can return it free of charge within 7 days of receiving it. This policy applies to lightly used wheelchairs that are returned in the same packaging as delivered.
If you notify us after the 7-day trial window, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Shipping labels will be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, all returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at order@beaverwheelchairs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label for your convenience.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@beaverwheelchairs.com.
